Frequently Asked Questions

Which ad formats are included in the White Label DSP?

Pop-under, push notifications, native, display, HTML5, and video. Each format is connected to curated global supply and served under your own brand, domain, and pricing.

Can my advertisers run all formats at the same time?

Yes. Advertisers can run multi-format campaigns from a single account. Campaigns share targeting, budgets, and reporting, so you can mix formats without duplicating setup.

What creative specs are supported?

Standard IAB sizes for display, 1200×628 images for native, 192×192 icons and 492×328 images for push, ZIP HTML5 bundles up to 200 KB, and VAST/VPAID video up to 30 MB. Pop-under uses a URL redirect.

Are the formats brand-safe?

Yes. Native and display inventory use premium publisher supply with category and domain blocking. Video and push support publisher whitelists and blacklists, and the built-in AI fraud detection scans traffic automatically.

Which devices and operating systems are supported?

Desktop, tablet, and mobile across Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS, Android, and BlackBerry. Push notifications are strongest on desktop and Android; iOS web push depends on subscriber opt-in.

How is each format priced?

Pop-under, native, display, HTML5, and video are typically bought on a CPM basis. Push notifications run on CPC. You set your own margin on top of media cost inside your DSP.

Can advertisers upload HTML5 creatives themselves?

Yes. The self-serve advertiser panel accepts ZIP uploads and supports Google Web Designer-compatible HTML5 bundles, with click and interaction tracking built in.

How quickly can a new format go live?

All six formats are available from day one. There is no separate integration or approval process — campaigns can target any format as soon as your DSP is provisioned.
