How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick the Monthly or Annual plan, start the trial — no card required. You get full platform access. Add a card before day 14 to continue, or let it cancel automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription plans are billed in advance and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your Admin Portal in one click. Monthly plans stop renewing immediately; annual plans run to term.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees on subscription plans. The DSP Acquisition option is a one-time payment via Escrow.com.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major cards via Stripe. For Acquisition, we use Escrow.com which supports wire transfer and other methods.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Admin Portal. Stripe prorates the difference.
