White Label DSP is a project operated by AdTech Europe and 3DMA Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This page is maintained by the project owners to answer common questions about how the platform handles personal information.
For any privacy-related inquiry you can reach us through the contact form on this website.

Billing information needed to process subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage information about how you interact with the platform (pages viewed, actions taken, device, browser and approximate location). This is used to operate, secure and improve the service.
Content and configuration you create inside your White Label DSP workspace.
To create and manage your account, authenticate you and provide the features you request.
To process payments, manage subscriptions, send invoices and handle refunds.
To send essential service communications (security, billing, trial expiration, important product changes).
To monitor, secure and improve the platform, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
To comply with legal obligations applicable to AdTech Europe and 3DMA Ltd.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, improvement, communications about your account), legal obligation (tax, accounting) and, where applicable, consent (for optional communications).
We share personal data only with service providers required to operate the platform — for example authentication providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers and email delivery services. These providers act under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users and the platform.
The platform is operated from Europe. Some service providers may process data outside the EEA; in that case we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above — typically for the lifetime of your account plus a limited period for legal, accounting and security obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
Subject to applicable law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the platform, plus limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page; material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
