The rules that govern your use of the White Label DSP platform, operated by AdTech Europe and 3DMA Ltd.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
By creating an account or otherwise using the White Label DSP platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service is operated by AdTech Europe and 3DMA Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
White Label DSP is a turnkey programmatic advertising platform that you can configure, brand and operate under your own name. Features, supply sources and integrations may evolve over time.
You are responsible for the campaigns you run, the creatives you upload, the audiences you target and the relationships you maintain with your own customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected security breach.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription only if you explicitly subscribe — we do not auto-charge at the end of a trial unless clearly stated.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, run fraudulent campaigns, infringe intellectual property, violate applicable advertising laws, or run content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful or otherwise prohibited by the supply partners integrated with the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or that put the integrity of the platform or its supply at risk.
You retain all rights to the creatives, brand assets, campaign data and customer data you upload or generate inside the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display this content solely to provide the Service.
We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to operate, secure and improve the platform.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (SSPs, payment processors, authentication providers, email delivery, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation, is owned by AdTech Europe, 3DMA Ltd and their licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, specific campaign performance, or absolute prevention of ad fraud or invalid traffic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdTech Europe, 3DMA Ltd and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you would create a legal or security risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdTech Europe is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
For any question about these Terms, contact us via the contact form on this website.
