Controller and processor roles
White Label DSP acts as controller for service account data such as contact, authentication and billing information. For end-user data processed through your DSP, we act as processor and you control the advertising data you collect and use.
Your launch checklist
- Establish a lawful basis and obtain required consent.
- Publish notices and an end-user contact route under your brand.
- Import only audience data you are entitled to use.
- Document processing and arrange appropriate agreements.
Confirm your obligations
Review the Privacy Policy and processing terms and obtain legal advice for your jurisdiction. Platform features and consent tools do not transfer your controller responsibilities to the service provider.
