Your portal balance
- Open Add Funds in the portal.
- Select an amount and review the payment details.
- Pay through the supported checkout.
- Confirm the updated balance and receipt; Purchase history lists prior top-ups.
Advertiser top-ups
Advertisers fund balances inside your branded platform. Supported payment providers, including cryptocurrency providers where available, can be connected through the Marketplace. Availability depends on provider approval, region and configuration.
Payment handling
Review provider transaction fees and settlement rules before rollout. Do not retry an uncertain payment repeatedly: check the transaction record and contact support with its reference if the balance has not updated.
