Cancel renewal
Open Manage billing on the correct DSP card. Cancellation stops future renewal; confirm the access end date displayed. Monthly and Annual plans normally continue through their paid term. Cancelling one DSP does not cancel your others.
Delete a DSP
Trial DSPs can be deleted from DSP Plans. Cancel an active paid subscription before deleting its DSP. Deletion is permanent: export needed records and confirm the affected DSP before proceeding.
Refunds and balances
Cancellation does not itself request a refund. Review the Refund Policy for subscription eligibility and media-balance rules before deleting an account.
