Open Billing in the portal or Manage billing on the relevant DSP card to download invoices and change your payment method. Keep funding receipts and transaction references with your accounting records.
Tax and advertiser invoices
Prices are generally listed in USD excluding taxes. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout using billing details, including a VAT ID where relevant. You invoice your advertisers under your own brand, rates and applicable tax obligations.
Failed payments
Review the failure notice and update the payment method promptly to avoid interruption. If the charge status is unclear, check billing history before retrying and contact support with the invoice reference.
