First subscription payment
The Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment after a trial, once per eligible first payment. Later renewals are not covered by that guarantee. Check the published policy for full terms.
Advertising balances
Media top-ups are not refundable under the policy. Delivered inventory and incurred exchange fees cannot be reversed. Unused advertising balance has no expiry and remains available for later campaigns.
Request help
Email support@whitelabeldsp.com from your account address with the DSP and invoice reference. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing can take several business days. Do not send card details.
